Free Quotes
At ETP we quote for free. We also are willing to spend up to an hour for free on Skype to determine the ins and out’s of your project. If however you are in need of more guidance and support then we will bill you for the extra time needed.

Hourly Rates
Our rates are $80 an hour for programming services and $90 an hour for other services. These services are mentioned on the Services page. Jobs are quoted to the nearest quarter of an hour and the minimum quote is one hour, $80.

Payment Method
We accept PayPal or direct wire transfer. For European customers we have to stress that we do not include VAT, or any taxes of the same nature, in our services.

Delivery System
For jobs under 5 hours, or $400, payment is required in advance, while for larger jobs, half of the payment is required before and the other half just before delivery. Our delivery system works as follows, once the software is completed a protected version of the software with a 2 day validity will be sent to you the client. Once the quality of the software is agreed upon, you the client will pay the balance of the invoice and the open source code will be sent after payment is received.

Bug Fixes
We have such strict testing and programming methods that we guarantee a lifetime bug fix policy, what we will not guarantee however is the compatibility with future versions of any of the trading software that we write code for.

Non Disclosure and Terms of Use
What we provide here at ETP is a strict consulting service for programming custom indicators and strategies for various trading platforms and charting packages, therefor we are not liable for any loss of capital that our clients might incur from using the custom software that was built by us. Please read the Disclaimer for more information on the risks involved with trading. We are not liable for any damages that the installation and use of our software might create to the users material goods or to any other software that is installed on the users machine, or to any subsequent users that the customer, or anybody else, might have given, sold or donated the software to. We give you our word that will not distribute your code to anyone else but you without your written consent, integrity is our main policy, and we will also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if one is provided.

Refund Policy
Please note that because ExpertTradingProgrammers.com offers a programming service, once delivery of the software has been received by the client and the payment has been received by us then, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This also applies to sales of licenses for our own products.

We have the right to process your Data for different reasons. The most important one is that we need it to carry out the agreement concluded with you the moment you accept our Terms of Service. There are also other reasons that require us to process the Data, e.g. preparing an answer to your queries or your consent to receive our newsletter.

We disclose your data only to service providers who support us in the role of data processors or separate data controllers. We will not share, sell, rent or trade the Customer’s and Subscriber’s personal information other than as disclosed within this policy.
