OFCD ATR

OFCD (Order Flow Cummulative Delta) is a very powerful indicator that NinjaTrader introduced recently into their platform (on NinjaTrader 8 only). OFCD is a simple indicator which provides the ATR information calculated on the OFCD indicator.
