Smart Trend
Moving averages are very often used by traders in their technical analysis. They are used in many different ways: to find the trend (short term trend, medium term trend or long-term trend), as support and resistance levels or as a signal entry once a cross between two or more moving averages is made. The Smart Trend helps you to determine the current trend and further more, it gives you the possibility to decide when a trend is change, by modify the ‘Trend Switch’ parameter, depending on your trading style.

Despite the ‘Trend Switch’ parameter, you have access to more options, like:
- You can choose any type of moving average for the trend calculation
- Also, you can use a smoothed moving average for the angle calculation
- Different painting colors, depending of the trend type
- Multiple types of painting, once a trend change is made (Bars paint, Background paint)
- A large variety of signal and alerts: Sound alerts, Email alert, Twitter alert, Pop-up message alert etc.
